Q. WHAT IS PERSONALISED DRINKWARE?
At Cocochello, we handcraft and personalise designer drinkware like tumblers, mugs and glasses. These can be personalised with your choice of glitter colour as well a name, monograms or a quote. All products are handmade with love, and these are the ultimate gifting goodies for your loved ones during a celebration!
We also personalise drinkware accessories such as coasters and storage jars, pet bowls.

Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
Glitter tumblers and glasses are dispatched within 7 working days as they are custom made. Non-glitter products are dispatched in 3 working days. It may take a bit longer than usual on certain scenarios. You will get updates & tracking details once your order has been dispatched via mail and text messages to let you know about the status of your order.
Kindly always also check your Junk/Spam folder as our mail might end up there depending on your mailbox setting.
Q. HOW DO I PERSONALISE MY DRINKWARE?
Go to the DIY DRINKWARE section. First select your tumbler or glass you want to personalise. Then select the exact type of tumbler or glass. You can personalise your colours and text to be added on the drinkware. Once you are done personalising it your way, you can check out.
Q. I LIVE IN A SMALL TOWN, CAN COCOCHELLO DELIVER TO ME?
Yes, We ship orders all over India.

Q. CAN WE CANCEL OUR ORDER ONCE WE PLACE IT?
As all orders are custom made, once an order is placed it cannot be canceled.
