For stainless steel bottles, tumblers, coasters, keychain accessories, cups, pet bowls : If you identify a defect in your purchase, mail us or whatsapp us images within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. After examining the same, we will replace/repair your product at our cost. Shipping costs will have to be borne by the client.

For glassware, hampers: Cocochello is not viable for any damage that occur in transit while goods are being shipped. In case your product does get damaged while shipping, we can issue a store credit for a certain amount as per what Cocochello deems fit, which is a coupon code that you can use at our store to purchase something the next time.
